스타벅스 직원 교육으로 하루 문을 닫다

Starbucks Korea made an important decision. The company decided to close all stores on one day. Workers would attend a history lesson instead of working.

Why did this happen? The company faced strong criticism online. People did not like a recent marketing idea. The company used "Tank Day" as a marketing theme. This day marks a sad event in Korean history. Many people died in a military conflict long ago.

People thought the marketing was wrong. They said the company was disrespectful. Using this day to sell coffee seemed inappropriate. The criticism spread quickly on social media.

Starbucks Korea listened to the people. Leaders decided to do something different. Instead of selling products, the company chose education. All workers would learn about this historical event. The company wanted workers to understand its importance.

This decision showed change. The company apologized for the marketing campaign. Starbucks Korea said it made a mistake. The company wanted to show respect for history.

Many people supported this choice. They thought it was good. The company took responsibility for its error. Workers learned something important about their country.

This story teaches us about responsibility. Big companies must think carefully about history. Marketing ideas should show respect. When people complain, companies can listen and change.
