여름 더위에서 집과 몸을 시원하게 하는 6가지 방법

Hot weather can make your home uncomfortable. You may feel tired and sick. But you can use simple ideas to stay cool. Here are six easy ways.

First, close your windows and curtains during the day. The sun makes heat. When you close the curtains, the sun cannot enter your house. This keeps your home cool inside.

Second, open your windows at night. When the sun goes down, the air becomes cool. Open all your windows. Let the cool night air come into your home. This helps your house become cold for tomorrow.

Third, drink a lot of water. Your body needs water when it is hot. Water helps you stay healthy. Drink water many times every day. Do not drink only soda or coffee.

Fourth, turn off lights and machines. Lights and machines make heat. If you do not need them, turn them off. This reduces heat in your home.

Fifth, take a cold shower or bath. Cold water cools your body very fast. You will feel better and more happy. You can take a shower two or three times each day.

Sixth, wear light clothes. Dark clothes are hot. Light colors like white are cool. Wear clothes made from thin material. This helps your body stay cool.

You do not need expensive machines to stay cool. These six simple ideas work well. Try them today. Your home and body will feel better.
