유명 배우 홉킨스, 매일 구글맵으로 고향 웨일즈를 찾아본다

Do you ever look at your hometown on the internet? Sir Anthony Hopkins does—every day.

Hopkins is a very famous actor. He has won big prizes for his work in movies. He was born in Port Talbot, Wales, a small town near the sea. Many years ago, he moved away to find work. Now he lives in other countries.

But Hopkins thinks about Wales all the time. He uses Google Maps to see his old home. He looks at the streets where he grew up. He sees the places he knew as a boy. When he looks at these pictures, his thoughts return to Wales.

"My mind goes back to Wales every day," he has said. This means he never forgets where he comes from. His hometown is always in his heart.

Many famous people leave their small towns to find big jobs. They move to big cities or far away countries. But they still remember home. They think about their families. They think about the streets and the people.

Google Maps helps people stay close to home. Even if you live far away, you can see your old street. You can see your school. You can see the park where you played. It is like visiting without moving.

Hopkins is 87 years old now. He has lived a very long life. But his home in Wales is still very important to him. When he looks at Google Maps, he remembers his life there. He remembers who he was before he became famous.

Do you ever use Google Maps to visit home? It is a nice way to remember where we come from.
