But here is the difficult part: as AI gets more powerful, it becomes harder to control. We do not yet know all the ways it will change our lives.

Why is this a problem? Imagine a tool that is very powerful. If you do not understand it completely, you cannot use it safely. Doctors use powerful machines, but they study for many years first. AI is moving so fast that we may not have time to study and prepare properly.

The scientist is not saying AI is bad. He is saying we need to think harder about the future. We need better rules. We need to teach people how to work with AI safely. We need to ask hard questions now, before the next big change comes.

So what can we do? Countries can make stronger rules about AI. Schools can teach students about AI. Companies can work more slowly and carefully. Everyone can talk about this topic. When we prepare together, we are safer.
