에베레스트의 기적: 사라진 가이드가 얼음 위에서 발견되다

Mount Everest is the highest mountain in the world. Many climbers try to reach the top every year. A mountain guide named Dawa Sherpa works on Everest. He helps climbers go up and down safely.

One day, Dawa was working at a high place on the mountain. Something bad happened. He went missing. People looked for him but could not find him. Everyone thought he was dead. The mountain is very dangerous. It is very cold there. Most people cannot survive in that place.

Six days passed. Workers were cleaning the mountain near the base camp. Base camp is the lowest camp on the mountain. Suddenly, they saw something moving. It was Dawa! He was crawling down the ice toward them. His body was very weak. But he was alive.

Dawa had a serious problem. His legs did not work well. He could not walk or stand. So he crawled on his hands. He moved very slowly down the mountain. It took him six days to reach the base camp. Doctors helped him right away.

People called this a miracle. A miracle is something good that you do not expect to happen. Dawa survived six days in the coldest place on Earth. He did not give up. He kept moving down the mountain. His strong will saved his life.

Dawa's story shows us something important. Never stop trying. Even in very bad situations, people can survive. His courage helps people feel hope.
