기록적 폭염으로 한국 공항, 드론 비행 금지

Have you ever felt so hot that you could not move? In South Korea right now, the heat is very, very dangerous.

The weather in South Korea has become extreme. Temperatures are breaking records. The president says this heat is a "national disaster." This is a serious word. It means the government sees a big problem.

What does the government do when there is a national disaster? They send help everywhere. Workers go to hospitals, parks, and streets. They bring water and cool places for people. Agencies work together to protect citizens. Everyone works as a team.

Even airports have new rules now. Drones cannot fly in some areas. Why? Extreme heat can damage drones. Hot air makes flying difficult and unsafe. So airports tell people not to use drones near the airport. This keeps both people and machines safe.

The heat is dangerous for people too. People need to stay inside during the hottest hours. They drink a lot of water. Families check on old people and sick people. Communities make cooling centers. These are special places where anyone can go to rest and cool down.

This heatwave teaches us something important. When nature is very strong, we must work together. Governments, families, and neighbors all help each other. Have you experienced extreme heat where you live? What does your community do to stay safe?
