How did the Inca build a city in the clouds ;

Camila walks with you up the mountain path and suddenly — there it is. Machu Picchu. Stone buildings, green mountains, clouds all around. This ancient city sits 2,430 metres high in the Peruvian Andes. The Inca people built it around 1450. They had no iron tools and no wheels. But they cut enormous stones so perfectly that they fit together without any cement. Today, after five centuries of earthquakes, the walls still stand. How did they do it? Engineers still study this question. Camila thinks the answer is simple: they worked together, and they planned everything carefully. If you wanted to build something this high, this strong, what would you need?
